Q: What if I'm not
sure about the recipient's ID#?
A: All MyCarePack.com deliveries are
based on recipient ID # and not on name. So if you're not completely sure that
you have the correct ID Number, please take a moment to check your records
before submitting your order. Any order submitted with an incorrect ID Number
is the sole responsibility of the person submitting the order. MyCarePack.com
cannot refund or replace orders due to an incorrect recipient ID Number.
Q: How long
will it take for my order to reach the recipient?
A:
After you place your order, information is transmitted to the appropriate order
fulfillment warehouse. Depending on when delivery is scheduled at the
recipient's facility the order will take from 2 to 7 days to reach the
recipient.
Q: How do I check
the status of my order?
A: We have developed an order
tracking system so that you can easily track your order status. Try it out!
Go to www.mycarepack.com and enter your
confirmation number (in the upper-right corner of the screen).
Q: How many orders
can I place for one recipient?
A:
In most cases, recipients are only allowed to receive one package per week. If
you place more than one order in a single week, we will make every effort to
stagger delivery over multiple weeks, but if we are not able to do so, a full
refund will be applied to your credit card.
Q: If
the recipient cannot receive the items I ordered, what is your policy?
A: Mycarepack representatives work
closely with each facility to ensure all products are allowed at the facility. However, if an item that you purchase is
restricted for any reason, the product will not be charged to your credit card.
Q: What if an
item is out of stock?
A:
If an item is out of stock we will first attempt to find a similar product to
substitute. If this is not possible, you will not be charged for this purchase
and we will apply a credit to your credit card.
Q: What if an
item is damaged?
A:
If an item is damaged we will replace it free of charge.
Q: What forms of
payment do you accept?
A:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Q: Is it safe to
use my credit card on this website?
A:
The protection of your privacy is one of our top priorities at MyCarePack.com.
We contract with Verisign to provide the highest levels of safety and security
while shopping on our site. Your or credit card information is not retained by
MyCarePack.com. Personal information is
not retained unless you authorize us to do so by creating a user account. We never store credit full card numbers. If
you have any questions about the security of our online store, please contact

Q: Can I use a PO
Box for my address?
A: We use stringent criteria to
check for credit card validity. This
includes checking the mailing address of the credit card. It is important that the address that is
entered into Mycarepack is the same address that the bank has for the credit
card. If these are different, your
transaction will not pass our fraud filter checks, and the transaction will be
rejected.
Q: Can I use a pre-paid
credit card?
A: in most cases, a prepaid credit
card will not be accepted on Mycarepack.
The reason is that during the credit card validation process, the
billing address for the credit card is compared to the billing address you enter
on Mycarepack. If they are different,
the transaction is rejected. In most
cases, you will not know the billing address is associated with a repaid credit
card. For this reason, we do not
recommend that you use a pre-paid credit card.
Q: Why
do I see a $1.00 charge on my credit card statement?
A: Mycarepack sends a $1.00 charge to
your credit card as a test to check the validity of the credit card. This $1.00 charge is never deducted from your
account.
