California Employee Privacy Notice

What is the purpose of this notice?

This California Employee Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) describes TKC’s collection of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information from job applicants, employees, and contractors, the business purposes for which this data will be used, and the privacy rights of California applicants, employees, contractors, beneficiaries, emergency contacts, and members of the board of directors.
