Affiliates - Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.Prevatek Development LLC and Four Oaks Bank do not share your personal information with our affiliates.
Nonaffiliates - Companies not related by common ownership to control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Prevatek Development LLC and Four Oaks Bank do not share with nonaffiliated companies so that they can market to you.
Joint Marketing - A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Other than through Smart Deposit, Prevatek Development and Four Oaks Bank do not jointly market with nonaffiliated financial companies.
